recipe for bake-free cheese cake
ingredients:
one packet of digestive biscuits
half a piece of butter (125g)
one piece philadelphia cream cheese (also, 125g)
half tin of condensed milk
half tin of evaporated milk
squeezed juice from 2 or 3 lemons
2 sachets of gelatin (10g/sachet)
blend/grind the pieces of digestive biscuits in a blender
after blending, pour the powdery biscuit into a flat baking tray
(if you use a small tray, you may need 2 trays)
cut the butter into small bits and add them to the biscuit
mash the butter and biscuit use something flat and hard, like a table spoon,
to press the mash to form the base
pour the 2 sachets of gelatin into 500ml of hot water
stir the water with the gelatin in it until it becomes clear
place the piece of philadlephia cheese in a mixing bowl
add the condensed milk and evaporated milk to the cheese
add the squeezed lemon juice
pour the clear gelatin water into the bowl
beat the mixture for about 10 to 15 mins
pour the mixture onto the base in the tray
leave tray in fridge for at least 1 hr
